Quality of training aside, Cerco offer an even more impressive service for those looking for an IT career: they have their own career development officer and it is his job to get every Cerco graduate an entry level IT job. The course includes customer care lessons, again theoretical and practical (role-play), as well as a period devoted to interview techniques. Cerco develop your CV within the first two weeks of the course, before putting it ‘live’ and circulating it amongst their many clients. Consequently, students are frequently offered interviews before the course is even completed.
