Cerco IT Training and Recruitment is not like other training companies. Firstly we only train 300 Fast Track students a year. We only accept onto our course those we believe have a future in the Industry and have the drive to succeed.

Secondly, we believe and our Employer Partners confirm that the best route into the industry is via Vocational Training. The certification route follows only after you have been working in the industry and have gained practical experience.

1] The 15 day Vocational Fast Track course teaches you the skills employers require you to know for your first job role.

2] Cerco‘s Recruitment/Contract Division will assist in finding you that first, real, fully paid job role - not unpaid work experience.

3] For every 4 months of fully paid contract work, working for Cerco‘s Contract Division, we will provide you with additional training courses FREE, as part of Cerco‘s Career Path Programme with the aim of becoming an MCSE I.T. Professional.

Cerco believes in you having full I.T. Certification but only when you can apply the knowledge learnt to the work place, not to pass exams. The latter may impress your friends but it won‘t impress employers.
